I bet your asking yourself what is this? Is it a list of different crimes?  Well no this is some of the crimes that this one criminal commit-ed. He has been arrested more than 4 times and killed more than twice. But back in January 5th 2005 it was a little more personal. My mother and father in law were driving with his brother from the hospital, from seeing a family member that was ill. As they were driving back home who would’ve of thought that their life would change but for the worst. Not even more than 3 minutes after they got out of the hospital they were hit by a car who was driven by a irresponsible monster that was fleeing the police. Their car was damaged so bad that my father in law suffered broken ribs, a collapsed lung, broken arm and blown spleen. My mother in law had severe injuries to her arm, with glass in both arms, and her arm was only being held by her skin. My uncle in law it hurts to say died at the scene of the crime. The criminal was so cold hearted that even after the accident he ran like a coward that he is and didn’t bother to see what chaos he caused. How can this man be free when previously he killed a girl with a gun and hit an old man with his driving negligence. He previously served five years, that’s all five damn years. I seen traffic offender’s spend more time than that. Not only was it his fault for running but the police fault for chasing him to another’s police district. So who is at fault? I believe it was the negligence of both the law and the criminal. I believe we just give to many privileges to these criminals when they are in prison or jail. I believe we need to go back to making them do hard mutual labor and get paid nothing but sweat and their personal redemption. We shouldn’t be making it more comfortable for them,we need to make it a hell to stay in there so they never want to go back again. You tell me if you still believe in the justice system because I lost hope.

Our justice system is all screwed up. It seems like the worse the crime, the less time a person does. There are people rotting in prison for life, for having a little bag of pot, while cold blooded killers get off over and over again. My son in law was killed by a crazy man who had the day before killed another person. When the police caught up with him, he had a bullet proof vest on and an arcinal of guns. He did three months in jail. Yes I said it right, 3 months in jail. A year later he killed two other men who were just walking on the sidewalk. My son in law had never seen this man before, he just walked up to him and shot him in the chest. The fourth man that was killed was only 18, and his father got on the news an vowed that if this man got released again he would take justice in his own hands and kill him, himself. I think demons run the injustice system. They seem to punish innocent non-violent people for petty crap, and let the most violent ones out. We need a whole new revamping of our injustice system. It is all backwards.
