I know what you are saying. My son-in-law was murdered in cold blood by a man who had killed another man the day before. The killer did 3 months in jail and was released. A year later he killed two more people just walking down the street. NONE of his victims knew him. People are doing life in prison for stupid things and NON-VIOLENT crimes, but they let the killers go.
