Lil Boosie in Trouble Again for Threatening The District Attorney

Lil Boosie’s troubles continue to pile up.

Rapper Lil Boosie is back in the headlines again. Lil Boosie, born Torrance Hatch is serving a prison sentence for marijuana possession and is currently fighting a first degree murder charge.

Lil Boosie is now being investigated for threatening Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore III.

The District Attorney, Hillar Moore is leading the charge to prosecute Boosie for at least 5 more murders. Boosie has threatened Moore in song numerous times in the past, but recent threats are being taken very seriously.
“I can confirm that we received information relative to a credible threat against District Attorney Hillar Moore and the District Attorney’s Office,” State Police spokesman Lt. Doug Cain stated.

During the investigation into the threats leveled at the D.A. by Boosie, it was discovered he was smuggling codeine into the Louisiana State Prison at Angola.

According to Louisiana State Penitentiary Warden Burl Cain, Lil Boosie has not been involved in any violent altercations while he has been incarcerated, although he continuously gets into trouble.

“He has a hard time following basic rules,” Warden Burl Cain said. “He’s getting better though.”

Just three weeks ago, two officers were fired after being caught letting Lil Boosie make more than the alloted phone calls allowed.Lil Boosie is due to appear in court on June 22nd, in relation to the indictment for his alleged role in the murder of 35-year-old Terry Boyd, who was killed in October of 2010 in Baton Rogue.

    You would think that a grown man, who lets people call him Boosie would have a better attitude and sit down somewhere. Boosie go ahead and join the ranks of the obscure. One year from now – Boosie who?
