Male Anesthetist Charged with Child Molestation
by A male anesthetist in Marietta, Ga has been charged with unlawful surveillance by video taping his patients. He was also accused of child molestation and sexual battery. More charges are likely to be filed as victims continue to come forward.
A male anesthetist in Marietta,Ga. accused of child molestation and sodomy was arrested for the second time in a week. Police said he could have as many as 100 victims. They are still waiting for more complaints to be lodged against him. The investigation is far from over and more charges are likely to be filed. Detectives have questioned a number of victims and are doing a through investigation of the accused. Paul Patrick Serdula, age 42 allegedly committed aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery on one child on Sept.16 according to jail records.
Serdula was initially arrested on three counts of unlawful surveillance of patients at the dental office. In an earlier search hundreds of videos and recording devices were confiscated at his home located at Forest Peak Court. Police say Serdula, a contracted anesthetist, did not work directly with any medical physician or dentist. But he did work for various medical facilities situated around the area.
A woman first spotted a video recording device in her dentist’s bathroom, in the 600 block of the Galleria Parkway. She quickly called 911,” that started the whole investigation,” Cobb County police Sgt. Dana Pierce said. According to the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, Serdula received his nursing license on Dec.16,1997. Before that he held a nursing license in Fla. Pierce said Serdula will probably be kept in jail without bond with all the new charges being leveled against him.
Those who believe they have been victimized are asked to call their physician or dentist and find out if Serdula, was indeed the one who administered anesthesia to them. If so, contact the Cobb County Police.

I think before doing any transaction with any professional, we must investigate the area if there’s something fishy in there just as the woman who spotted the video device in dentist’s bathroom as told in your story.

Some dentists do not have a hygienist so s/he performs both functions at the same time. This usually is done under ‘gas’ and not local injection. Most dentists don’t like using gas on their patients because of the insurance, as there is a risk to the patient. Patients CAN die under general gas anesthesia, plus the indemnity of sexual contact which is a concern for insurers.
Basically, if you wake up from your root canal and discover that your underwear are on backwards, -you should not have to pay.

Oh what a sick world we live in. A person such as he such be locked up and the key thrown away, since most child molestors are uncureable anyway.
