Motorola, Huawei, Huawei Wins Patent Lawsuit Settlement by The Transfer Fee

SAN April 13 evening news, Motorola Solutions Corporation (”Motorola”) and Huawei Technologies has just announced that they have reached a settlement on all outstanding litigation. Motorola agreed to withdraw federal district court in Chicago,the proceedings with Lemko allegations against Huawei; Huawei has also agreed to withdraw federal district court in Chicago, Motorola and Nokia Siemens for litigation.

Both sides expressed the fact that Motorola after further review, has agreed to withdraw its Lemko Chicago federal district court proceedings and the chargesagainst Huawei, Motorola, this would mean withdrawing the future no further on the case or bring action against Huawei in the same subject Lawsuit against Huawei.

At the same time, Huawei has also agreed to withdraw federal district court inChicago, Motorola and Nokia to Siemens (the “NSN”) of the proceedings, this would mean withdrawing the case of Huawei in the future not to bring litigation againstMotorola and Nokia Siemens Networks, or Reasons for the same proceedings as Motorola and Nokia Siemens Networks.
