Definition: Everyone who fradulently personates any person living or dead [a] with intent to gain advantage for themselves [b] with the intent to obtain property or [c] with intend to cause disadvantage to the person whom he personates

Punishment: Hybrid 10 years

Example: Borrowing someones ID to get into a bar

Pretending to Practice Witchcraft

Section: 365

Definition: Everyone who fradueltly [a] pretends to practice any kind of witchcraft or sorcery [b] undertakes for a consideration to tell fortunes [c] pretends from his skills or knowledge of an occult or crafty science ( black magic) to determine where or in what manner anything that is suppose to have been stolen or lost may be found.

Punishment: summary conviction
