Section: 326

Defintion: Everyone commits theft who fradulently [a] consumes or uses electricity or gas or causes it to be diverted [b] obtains any telecommunication service

Punishment: all theft = same punishment

- over $5,000 = indictable 10 years

- under $5,000 = hybrid 2 years
