Oh My God – Don Vito on Probation

On the 18th of August 2006 Don Vito was arrested while during an autographing session in Colorado. He allegedly groped a 12 year old girl. He was held with bail set at $50,000 US. The following Monday at around 10:00pm Don Vito posted bonds. The conditions of his bond were that Don Vito could not possess alcohol, drugs and weapons and obviously Don Vito was not allowed to contact his victims.

The following year Don Vito was accused of 12 felony counts for violating his bail conditions and if convicted on those counts he could receive up to 18 months in prison. On October 31 he was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault. After the hearing Don Vito colapssed on the floor and yelled “Just kill me now!” as guards restrained then removed him from the room. A month later Don Vito was put on suicicide watch. He was then held at a detension facility until his sentecing on the 20th of December 2007. He faced time from 2 years to life inprisonment.

On the 20th of December he was sentenced to 10 years of serious probation which he will be forced to serve in Pennsylvania. Don Vito could also not potray his character on any TV show, film, book or autograph signing.

Don Vito is curently serving his 2cd year of probation.
