Police Chases
Are they warranted?

I might be the only one in the world to feel this way, but I feel unless they are killers, rapists, robbers. Other police chases arent truly warranted by law enforcers. On videos you see the law enforcers just chasing automobiles at a high rate of speed.
And some of the young drivers are seven and twelve, and these are the one they need to back off from. Sure the officers are going to sy the protocol rules of regulation talk that they might kill someone. So we have got to stop them. But playing devil advocate also can from another stand point follow them from a distance, while other unmark units move in front of the speeding car, without the lights on to slow them down.
History have show children are less trained, but more likely to crash. And we know police officers are no more trained then the suspects they are chasing. Statistics aren’t ever reported on the wrecks that are the officers fault.
And any chases you mainly see on television, we know the LAPD loves to give chase. But if you back off you’ll find most drivers get cocky and think they accomplished getting away. A officer when they just speaking from a human stand point once told me when he did foot patrol chase some runners will get away.
But you’ll catch them sooner or later because they will get comfortable. And be surprised that you remember they are wanted.

Here I’m reading about a high speed chase over a traffic infraction that killed 7 people. Sometimes a wise decision is needed in chase pursuit. And I think officers just want to show the speed of their cruiser.
