Pornography and Molestation is Happening in Public View Every Day in an Airport Near You
Nazi Germeny or The United States of America? Sometimes it is getting hard to differentiate between the two.
The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution Of The United States Of America: “‘The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.’”

Why Is any American subjecting them self to illegal search at the airports across the Country? Better yet, Why is the federal government demanding that Americans submit to this violation of their Constitutional right to freedom from unlawful search? As usual, it’s a “follow the money” scenario. Former Homeland Security secretary Michael Chertoff Who has given several interviews stating the need for full body scanners to be in our airports forgot to mention that as owner of Chertoff Group, his security consulting agency, he has a prominent client that manufactures the body scanning machines popping up in airports across the country. California-based Rapiscan Systems Is the only company that has garnered a contract to supply these invasive Xray machines to TSA. Chertoff is clearly motivated by his lucrative business relationship with the machine’s manufacturer.
Janet Napolitano has signed off on this invasion of privacy and President Obama has approved it. We need to find out how much payoff there will be in campaign contributions etc. for this degrading, humilitating attack on the freedoms of the American people. As of November 1, 2010 $25 million in stimulus funds have been spent to purchace body scanners, with another 300 on order at a cost of $51 million to the taxpayers that are being violated by them.
During Department of Homeland Security hearings, Janet Napolitano assured the Congress that all images collected by the full body scanners are not stored, cannot be stored and are discarded as soon as they’re viewed.
The fact that many in the medical fields are asking for research to be done on the effects of the radiation being used in these machines, the Obama Administration has turned a deaf ear to the health concerns. Then we have to deal with issue of child porn since even small children and infant’s are being subjected to this invasion of privacy.

TSA and Homeland Security have disregarded serious questions concerning the device’s effectiveness, privacy safeguards, and potential health impacts not to mention the emotional trauma being caused to those that are being victimised by this violation of the FOURTH AMENDMENT.

If you chose to refuse to go through the scanner you are subjected to what amounts to sexual molestation by TSA personnel in full view of other passengers. They grope you with an open hand over your body even the breasts are palpitated and genitals are groped. I think this is deliberate to prevent others from objecting to the scanner. There have been incidents were the passengers have been reduced to tears by the molestation. There are also reports of people who refuse to be scanned having TSA personal tear up their boarding pass and force them to leave the airport. Then there are other incidents of passengers being yelled at and pushed around by TSA personnel as well as being subjected to the sexual molestation, if they refuse to go through the scan. This is illegal and unconstitutional. The Gestapo tatics have to stop NOW!

a sensitive issue, you have discussed, As the general notion dictates, a law has its loopholes and wicked mind uses them to bend the law. How cruel it is that these malpractices are happening in America, where Freedom is at its best.

Great article and raising many questions about the legality and ethics of this latest intrusion.

I’ve had my suspicions that there could be George Soros’ fingerprints on this issue so I did some research. This is what I found out.
George Soros, the billionaire funder of the country’s liberal political infrastructure, owns 11,300 shares of OSI Systems Inc., the company that owns Rapiscan. Rapiscan is the company that has the $173 million contract with TSA to provide the body scanners!
Just a Note that OSI Systems CEO is Obama\’s good friend Deepak Chopra.
