Sex Offenders and Probation

My outlook on sex offenders getting probation and not prison, and why I feel the way I do about it all.

My out look on Sex Offenders getting Probation and not Prison. And why I feel the way I do about it all. I would love to hear what you think about it as well. So please leave a Comment at the end of this Article.

As the survivor of child Sexual abuse, Physical abuse, and Mental abuse. It really upsets me that about 90% of the Sexual offenders only get 10 years probation. With no Prison time at all and some get less. I really don’t think anyone sees the bigger picture.

And they never will unless they have lived through it themselves. I know that each and everyone of you out there that have survived Sexual Abuse. Understands just what I am talking about. I always go and check out the web for Sexual predators that live close to any area that my family lives in.

To make sure that the children in our family are going to be a bit safer. But it is very up setting when you find out that there is not one but 3 Sexual Predators living close to you. One even as close as down the road. I stayed scared and was so paranoid I wouldn’t even let the Grandchildren play outside.

Every day there is a child sexually abused, Kidnapped, or found dead.

I wonder just how many times they have hurt someone before they was finally found out. Or how many children does one have to hurt before the Courts realize you can not rehabilitate them. And just getting 10 years probation don’t Teach them anything but to be more careful.

I understand that if Sexual Predators are jailed we would have to build many more prisons. But if the law don’t crack down on them more and more children are going to end up abused or dead. What so many people don’t understand is alive or dead that child will never be the same again. Because just because they live don’t mean they are alive.

I say this because I know first hand being alive don’t mean they are.

You have nightmares that rips you apart every day, you live in fear day in and day out. And for years you address yourself as we not I.

And just because you tell someone don’t mean they will believe you.

Or as in my case your told if you tell they will kill your Sister and you.

I whole heatedly agree. There is no act more motivated by evil than the victimization of children. Children are often unable to defend themselves and they have no voice in our society. The responsibility to protect our nations youth has been failing. Vile criminals are set free to live as members of society when their unforgivable crimes have proven their inability to be anything more than an inhuman monster. As a counselor I am often asked how I would deal with a client who has victimized children. I always reply, “It takes fifteen pounds of pressure to rip of the male genitals”. They think I am joking. Some evil is too dark to combat with anything less than the violent wrath of justice that comes from the righteous anger of righteous people who refuse to be victims anymore.

    Thank you for sharing.

i dont understand why we even had laws protecting the guilty. child molesters and even rapeist should be in prison and if their on death row be executed immediatley. they aren’t people, they are monsters, evil walking the earth. as long as our system keeps putting them on the street our children and families will nerver be safe. and the cycle of abuse will live on because sometimes abused children grow up just to inflict pain on others.
