Shark Fish and Chicken Murder

Michael Jones was shot fatally in the parking lot of shark fish&chicken on September 11,2009.While at the scene of 338 S.California the Mr.Jones was with female companion in vehicle when an armed gunmen approached vehicle an shot him to death.Shot in chest fatally.

This particular case brings in mind the case of People v. Olin,493 N.E.2d 579,112 ILL,2d 324(ILL 04/18/1986).Perry Olin and co-defendant William Duncan were convicted of first degree murder for the murders of James Adams,Gordon Stevens,Debbie Bushman.James died from severe  throat an neck wounds an Gordon an Debbie by gunshot wounds to head.There were many defence maneuvers by defendant Mr.Olin but none availed in his defence. Sentence to life in prison showed the severity of the crime.Taking this crime scene to show the utmost importance on the crime committed at shark fish & chicken.Suspects still at large.When you take this crime an compare it with the murder of Mr.Jones it highlights the thoughts of were illegal drugs the responsible for the murder or was it just robbery.With the way things are today it doesn,t cause me to leave out robbery as the motive.The state in the latter case denied the defence party many appeals because of the septrum of the case.It shows today that crime does not pay when you have a state attorney who is going to fight like i dont know what for the deceased party.
