Strange Incest Stories Two

Incest means sexual relations with close kin. There are many reasons that lead to this, some of which are: accommodation arrangements, drunkenness, drug abuse, genetic factors, and extremely high libido, among other reasons.

Most incest cases in Kenya are not reported, and therefore it is extremely hard to come up with statistics as pointers to the extent of incest in our community.

Apparently, there is need for sex education both in our homes and in churches. I believe this will go a very long way in mending our morality.

Incest means sexual relations with close kin. There are many reasons that lead to this, some of which are: accommodation arrangements, drunkenness, drug abuse, genetic factors, and extremely high libido, among other reasons.

Incest starts surprisingly early, and there are cases of children as early as age 4 engaging in incest! One of the things that lead to this is a practice known as sleepovers. Sleepovers are conducted without close parental supervision, and without fast and hard rules.

Grandparents, especially grandfathers, are also implicated in this vice. Other examples of incest are as follows:

1.       Cousin-cousin incest;

2.       Father-daughter incest;

3.       Mother-son incest;

4.       Grandfather-granddaughter incest; and

5.       Father-step-daughter incest, among others.

The following are possibilities, when speaking of incest:

1.       Consensual. This refers to cases whereby two closely related adults decide that there is overwhelming chemistry between them, and they just cannot avoid getting into sexual relations;

2.       Accidental. This refers, for instance, to cousins who stay together, and, owing to poor accommodation arrangements, find themselves sleeping in the same bedroom. Then one thing leads to another, and the end result is sexual relations, a habit hard to break, and which will also affect any healthy interpersonal relationships between the culprits and eligible mates;

3.       Experimental, especially for children under the age of ten, who might have watched DVDs that aroused their curiosity, and where parental guidance was lacking;

4.       Forced. Examples are father-daughter incest, mother-son incest, and grandfather-granddaughter incest, among others.

A strange case of incest occurred in Kenya between mid-2007 to the end of 2009. Way back in July 2006, the family of Jim and Rose retired to their rural home. Their children, Arnold, 21, Angela, 17, and Stacy, 13, were left in the hands of their uncle, Abel. Abel himself had two children. His first-born, Christine, was in high school and was then aged 16, while Magdalene was in elementary school and aged 11.
