1.) TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement commences on the execution date and it shall terminate either 3 years (36 months) from the execution date or upon earlier termination pursuant to this Agreement, whichever comes first (“Term”). The Parties may mutually agree in writing to extend the Term.
2.) SCOPE OF SERVICES. The Client understands and agrees that the primary objective of this Agreement is to eliminate the Client’s current unsecured debt(s) (`Services”): 2.0.1. Complete a compliance review of all transferred/sold debt. 2.0.2. Assist Client in understanding the relevant terms throughout the Debt Elimination process. 2.0.3. Communicate with Client, at Client’s request, regarding the progress. 2.0.4. Be in contact with Client’s creditors at the time of Debt Elimination. 2.0.5. Eliminate Client’s debt at 50% 2.0.6 Company charges are $25.00 a month for the enrollment term of the clients program and is not refundable.
2.2 ADDITIONAL SERVICE NOT COVERED BY COMPANY GUARANTEE Client’s enrolled delinquent accounts will reflect either current with zero balance or be completely removed from the Client’s credit report within 150 days after the elimination process is completed. This is done by default when the elimination scope of service (2) is completed. If for a reason any account reports delinquent after this additional no-cost service is completed, Company will complete a no-fee credit repair to make all our Client’s credit worthy after the service has been completed.
2.3 THE COMPANY SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY. Company is not engaged in rendering legal services. Client acknowledges that company is not authorized to practice law, nor may any of company’s officers, employees or agents provide legal counsel to Client. Any questions of a legal nature must be directed to Client’s own legal counsel for which company has no obligation or liability. Client is responsible for any legal fees that may occur. Company can refer Client to discounted legal services if needed. Company does not receive any incentive from any legal services.
