10. Zhenli Ye Gon

Zhenli Ye Gon was born on January 31, 1963, in Shanghai, China. He is a Mexican businessman of the Chinese origin claimed of trafficking phseudoephedrine into Mexico from Asia. He has been said to have a tie with Sinaloa Cartel. 2 of the federal Mexican agents involved with the arrest of Zhenli Ye Gon, were found dead in Guerrero, Mexico in 2007. His fortune has raised to 350 million dollars and he has spent most of it on the Las Vegas Strip. He always stayed at the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. He payed 200,000 dollars per hand in the Baccarat Solon in Las Vegas. After he did that, he lost around 40 million dollars, but now they are rethinking that and say he lost around 125 million dollars. When the police raided his home, they found 200 million dollars in cash.

 

9. Frank Lucas

Frank Lucas was a heroin dealer, and also an organized crime boss. He operated out of Harlem, NY during the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. He was known for killing middlemen in the trade and buying heroin straight from Asia, so he traveled to Asia particularly in the Golden Triangle, and got his heroin. He had gotten the drugs from Asia to the United States of American from storing them in coffins of dead American Servicemen. 8. Klass Bruinsma

This guy was a huge Dutch drug lord. He was shot to death by a Mafia member and former police officer. His street name was “De Lange” which translates into “The Tall One”. He had another street name, “De Dominee” which translates to “The Minister”, because of the black clothes he always used to wear and his habit to lecture people. 

 

7. Ismael Zambada Garcia

He is the most wanted drug dealer in Mexico. He is suspected to enter the FBI’s top 10 most wanted list very soon, and the DEA’s most wanted list. He has overcome all drug lords in Mexico, and ordered hits on them. 

 

6. Manuel Noriega

For more then 10 years, Manual Noriega was a CIA asset and collaborator that was high paid. He had lots of knowledge about the U.S. drug authorities. In 1971, he was heavily involved with major drug trafficking and money laundering. He has his own planes to patrol his drug business.
