Using Crime to Boost the Economy

An alternative way of thinking to boost the struggling economy.

Wrote with intended humour.

Crime! Its a subject that many of us tend to stay away from and want no part of. For others its a way of life, a way of surviving and a way to stay alive. Although our society has rules and laws to control this world wide commodity. Without it millions of us would spiral into a serious state of poverty.

Crime involves the most powerful and the weakest of human existence. It lingers everywhere and to be honest, touches everyone in some way. But different types of crime only adds fuel to an already burning discussion. Lets keep it light, as too much detail will only bring a sad ending to the beginning of a insightful read.

The Bank Heist

A planned and delicate task for a skilful team of daring nutters. Over the walls, under the building, guns, screaming innocents, helicopters, get away cars, vans, fake transactions and silly masks. It seems exciting for adrenalin fuelled junkies. The funny thing is if you hear about a huge heist where a gang have made off with millions, we all tend to say the same thing -“good luck to them”.

If a bank is robbed successfully the money is then pumped back into the economy by the big spending spree. This is good for any type of business with just about anything to sell. The bank however is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). All money is insured, “I think”.

Insurance Scams

The world of insurance gives many honest people peace of mind. This peace however can be taken advantage of on a commercial and private scale. The thing with insurance is, no matter how many claims or different types of new fraudulent scams come in. The people who pay the premiums suffer. It doesn’t pay to be loyal to any insurance company, always shop around even if you have claimed.

Claiming does boost the economy. Think about how many laptops have been claimed this year alone on a world scale: for accidental damage. These types of claims keep manufacturers in business. These claims keep people in work. Never be afraid to claim for anything on your insurance even if it is accidentally on purpose.

Drugs

The need for any type of illegal class substance is on a level of unimaginable networking. Drugs lend themselves to many crimes above and beyond this read. Full details would be the work of several novels. So here’s a short drug crime line.
