What is The Law of Attraction?
The law of attraction, what is it? Basically this is what you have in your life now, because in a nutshell, you’ve drawn!
If anything in your life that you do not like, you can not blame anyone because it is you who has attracted.
Sounds a bit harsh, I know, but once you understand this concept, you can make wonderful changes in your life.
In short the law of attraction is what we think, we attract to us. So if you tend to worry and complain, will actually be attracting more of this. What you’re thinking about everything that is created. Does it seem a little scary? When I heard this, I thought, “you gotta be kidding,” all the negative thoughts I was having a day was a miracle that there was any happiness or joy. But now I am very grateful for this awareness, because awareness is the key to change anything. And now I am fully aware of what I’m thinking all the time.
Again, you attract into your life whatever you give your attention, energy and focus to, whether positive or negative. They are our predominant thoughts that create, and many of our thoughts are on “autopilot”, so we need to make conscious control over our dominant thoughts.
Another thing to consider is each of us is part of a vibrational world, and each of us vibrates at a certain energy level. There are two kinds of vibrations, positive (+) and minus (-). Each mood or feeling makes sending a vibration, whether positive or negative. We all know the feeling of being around someone, or send an atmosphere and a bad vibe. This is the vibration you are sending. Each of us vibrates at a certain energy level, so the more they thought, the greater the vibration. That’s why it pays to be aware of what you’re thinking and feeling.
Here are some steps to the law of attraction:
Step 1: Identify what you want. Be specific. For example, if it is a new job you want, not just say they want a new job. Write down what kind of job, how much is going to win, what time will work, what are their tasks. Be super specific, clearer thoughts and feelings put there the clarity of the law of attraction will respond. If you find it difficult to identify with what you want, briefly think about what you do not want and then write the opposite. Ask yourself: “So, what I want?”
Step 2: Pay attention to your desire. To increase your vibration means to make their desire for more positive attention, focus and energy. The express wishes can not be unattended. Think about your sex frequently and with a sense of excitement. It is the feeling of excitement that will appeal to your desire. If you have the slightest feeling of doubt to think about it, your vibration down. If the state, “oh, this will not work” or “this is too difficult” or “this is unbelievable” that will attract exactly that. Find ways to feel excited about what you want. If you really feel like it will not happen for you to express your wishes in a way that is credible. Such as, “I’m learning to think about my desire in a positive light. Now I feel excited about the opportunity to express my desire, and that makes me feel happy.” Now imagine that your wishes are met and how they are enjoying the experience.
Step 3: Give thanks and gratitude. The more appreciation and gratitude can be expressed by what is already in your life more than they attract. Focus on how good your life, what is missing.
Step 4: Enable. You’ve identified your desire, as the attention, and we are grateful for what you have now is the time for that. Allowing is simply the absence of negative vibrations. Doubt is a negative vibration, and the most common source of doubt comes from the limitation own beliefs, and limiting belief is a negative thought repeating over and over again. To ease any concerns you may have, write a statement permitting. Such as “Now that my desire to come to me. Many before me have done it and I can do.” The holding of any evidence of his desire and thank you for your desire as if it had happened. Accepting gifts, thanks or congratulations, as these are ways of letting things come to you. Relax and do things that make you feel happy and think about your desire as if it had happened.
