Please take note that the word child is referred to those children under the age of 10. In one case a child’s body is missing, and the mother is the accused. However, in another the child is killed and the grandfather who left the child in the car because the child had fallen asleep. Have I missed something? This social perverse view that the life of a child is simply pointless because it is burdensome on the parent is unacceptable.

At some point this has to come to an end, accountability needs to be forced and enforced at all cost. The truth is maybe we should we start applying the rule that China has that is a family is limited to one child. At times I feel this could possibly help those treasure a child more, being forced to only have 1 child as opposed to 2 or 3 is a truly painful thought.

We are talking about little angelic beings simply being done away with as you would a pet that has become too burdensome to maintain. Children whose bodies are missing but parents cars have trace of DNA, or stench of death in it. How do they sleep? What is it that is happening in their mind to make them snap and end the life of someone that was once inside of them growing living for every breath they take. To think every child lives to please their parents, seek love and affection and the adults are the ones who snap and end it all. It’s truly painful and upsetting that everyday in our country a child is killed by a family member. What is worse is that a family member may have at some point known that there was a problem but chose silence.

If this tirade has not sparked anger or question within you, did you know that depending on the state if there is no body, then the death penalty will not apply. You can be tried for anything, yet if the child’s body is not recoverable then the maximum given to a person is life in prison. Please keep in mind that for the most part the individual will not make a plea until the court hearing is near it’s end. Then at this time he/she will try to negotiate for less time, and a good handful actually get less time.

I leave you with one thought or rather one question: I ask why is this individual who committed murder of a child be permitted to negotiate anything. Was the child given the opportunity to negotiate for 1 more day of his/her life?
