Funeral Homes and Death

Knowledge for family’s when they are faced with loosing a loved one.

As Americans we need to try and get a bill passed that will protect our rights, As the law stands now after we pass away we do not have any rights, What can we do as a nation to fix this on going problem? This is cause I believe in very strongly. Will you be the extra set of hands to help take this issue to congress and the government? If we unit and petition for a new law to be passed, it will help our future generation when they are faced with dealing with the last rights of their loved one’s. Lets use make a difference.

The government should provide a type of benefit package to help with burial or cremation of its citizens that cannot afford to pay for their last rites.

These Americans paid into the Social Security system their entire lives. As the law stands now there are no government programs in effect to assist in the cost of burial or cremation after death. There is not any funding available through Medicare, Department of Social and Health Services; benefits are limited to veterans and their surviving family. If the Veteran is in good standing at the time of his or her death then they will be provided for. These are people that have served our country in time of war, have believed and fought for our rights, and have held the meaning of the flag strong for all Americans. If during or after their time serving our country they get into trouble with the law their rights are taken away. What can we do as Americans to help change the system?

Funeral homes seem unregulated and unscrupulous. It is time to make a difference in how we are treated when our time on earth has expired.

Due to the measures of our country it is not how its citizens are treated while alive but after they die that we need to address. Let us make a difference and get the law’s changed for our future generation.
