Suicide

people only talk about suicide when they know or hear someone committing or have committed suicide. no one talks to their kids about suicide but they do drugs, alcohol and sex. why is this topic never crossed or discussed? the reason is no one knows what to say about it.  when i hear this subject breached  i hear hearse comments such as they should have done it sooner, or they need help next time to really get the job done if they are still alive. why are these comments made? because they are clueless to the topic of conversation and are speaking ignorantly on the subject. how do you discuss a topic you know nothing about? you’ve heard people make them and so you know, they don’t know how.

people who commit suicide are feeling a hopelessness that goes beyond repair. people who commit suicide feel alone and as if there is nothing left for them and death is far better than what they are dealing with now. the need and will to live have gone. when someone is feeling these things, you can see how it is stupid and inhumane it is to make off handed comments such as they should have done it better, or good thing they are dead since that is what they wanted. how sad that person was to have committed such an act. i know because as a teen i tried to commit suicide. i tried pills and slitting my wrists and i know how low and how hopeless you feel. as if no one cares and there is nothing left of you as a person because people have been allowed or you allowed them to strip that away from you.

i was a teenager who had numerous horrible things done to me and it sucked the life out of me. i felt hopless, helpless and had no one to turn to unfortunatley. i found GOD who guided me out of those dark days and  i never felt like that again, but know that GOD cares even if no one else does.
