United Airlines Delivers Bad Service for Blind Woman

A Canadian blind lady is locked and forgotten about on a United Airlines aircraft.

On her way from Vancouver to Jacksonville Fla, Jessica Cabot was on a United Airways flight to visit her Fiancee. The aircraft was scheduled to stop in Chicago on April 7. The young woman was then supposed to be guided from the attendants to her next connecting flight to Florida. This was her 3rd time flying alone, and had no issues before.  Cabot says that she was told to wait on the aircraft until everyone else was off board. They had told me this every-time I had flown with them, so I thought nothing of it. She added.

She listened as all of the other passengers left the aircraft, and then the sound of the door being sealed shut.  Cabot says that she had called out for help, but no response was made. Terrified and alone on the aircraft, Cabot might as well had guided herself to her connecting flights, despite being blind. Though the airline had apologized to Jessica, and took action; they ensure this will never happen again. Jessica feels that she will never fly with United again. Did she make her connection to Florida? Yes she did!
