They are said to be making a huge profit if they are from Software, Computer, Airlines or say Oil Industries. These companies earn a lot of money as profit on their transactions. The officers working therein are earning a suitable income to live their life in ease; but the workers who were at the other end are not getting much advantage of the labour they are experiencing to bring that fame or profit to these companies. In Short, The Rich Peoples are growing More Richer and the Poor Peoples are tasting the bitter fruit of Poverty.

This is not the effect of Growing Global Business or Increasing Profits but the aftermath of Growing Costs in the World markets which is leaving a majority of peoples to suffer more than they ever had earlier in their life. While a worker earn that small amount of money after doing painful task for a day at the same time the supervisor who is inspecting him gets at least 6 times more than him. This difference makes poor peoples life more miserable in terms of living. They can’t even feed themselves or their dependents with that small amount of money they earn.

Life is not that smooth for these peoples because everyday earning they are having from their job does not last for long. They need to find other job or source of earning soon as the work is completed. In the mean time It becomes a topic for research study as to how do they live their life? Though, there are many jobs they can do in the mean time to earn money but not all jobs are going to pay them much amount as their life demands to live. They need to travel for other location or cities in search of appropriate job to make their life going.

In some situations we find these peoples doing extreme hard work such as digging land for laying cable by roadside in high temperatures of summer; selling some articles on particular spot from morning to evening, selling something in streets with their entire family including small children all these scenes are the proof of their struggle for earning their living. If the payment of their work is made to them on same day then it is o.k. But if, by their bad luck it is paid on another day or two, it becomes a point of concern for them.

On the other hand, the riches among the rich people growing by every day and night; they even are finding it difficult to manage their income, pay their taxes in time. This we could say, is the advantage of growing business sector. Though the ratio of these people with the entire population is not very much high but that small amount of percentage is seen enjoying the life at it’s best. The middle class who is seen still managing their income to meet the expenses that are occurring in their life. They need a lot of efforts to come closer to the rich people. These middleclass peoples are mainly salary earners who render their services in some Government or Semi Government organizations for 8 hours daily. They are seen living their life in their offices involving with the official documents. They get some amount as salary every month hence their life can be said as steady. Besides this salary they get some emoluments from the employer which are added their salary.

Serious efforts are required to bring financial strength in the society so that all peoples can enjoy the life to their best!
