Finance in South America

Financial problems from the average man’s point of view.

Tired of financial miser, Let’s fight back

Most average South Africans are feeling the effects of the current recession, but the problem is few if any of us know what to do about it. We all complain to our friends how tough times are. This may be true but waiting around for others to provide the solution is like surrendering control of your own life to others and who wants to do that?

We are all suffering but if we open our eyes and take an objective look at our situation we will realize that a major portion of the difficulties we face were self-inflicted. It does not help beating yourself over the head with regard to what you shgould have done. See your mistakes as part of a learning curve. If we are positive about our future we can use our current situation as an opportunity rather than see it as a calamity.

The key thing to remember is that you are not alone. No matter what mistakes you have made, there are a hundred others who have made similar if not worse mistakes. We must get together so that we can learn from each other. The cliche that there is ’strength in numbers’ has never been more applicable than right now during our current economic recession. I would like to invite others who, like myself, are tired of financial worries from morning to night to join me in a fight to reclaim personal control of our financial situations.

I am sure there must be many of you out there who are currently hurting financially, but do not know where to turn. I propose that we get together and share our experiences and ideas online. Anybody that it interested can post a comment here or visit me through my blog at mikbelmeg.blogspot.com I hope to hear from many of you soon so that we can put an end to this feelin g of helplessness and take back control of our own lives.
