Thanks for that—but what do you mean by “In most parts of the country if you aren’t a certain race then you won’t get help from the welfare system because they only cater to one race”? The laws about racial discrimination are pretty clear. And the welfare laws (I am not sure which ones you are referring to specifically–there are several safety nets so I will speak generally) give priority to low-income single women with children and children. Irrespective of race.
