Speculation or the Financial Power

One example of speculation is how populations manage their finances. There are many organisations for example which help countries to balance their budgets for example the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund which are both based in the capital city of the United States of America which is Washington. So, each person should know how to budget.

In this sense, it is good to recall that numbers are either Arabic or Roman characters. Arabic is from Saudi Arabia and it spoken in most of the countries which are oil in Northern Africa for example in Libya and Iraq. Then, this brings to mind the problem about investments. There are sectors of economy which are good to invest in for example construction of roads to bring goods to the population or to send raw materials.
