The Benefits of Hemp
by This is an insert about hemp and how it would benefit the US and our economy.
I have learned a lot about Marijuana in the last year. I have found out many numerous things. #1 The Marijuana plant produces a product called Hemp #2 There is no way what-so-ever to overdose on Marijuana #3 Marijuana is the only “drug” that is 100% natural, no chemicals are added to the plant
However all of that is irrelevant in what I want to discuss.
Today I am talking about Hemp: 
Hemp can provide us with fuel, fiber, paper, food, and yes, medicine. I know that there is a huge debate on this issue, but I really think we need to look at the greater good. I think even if the government does not legalize Marijuana then they should at least use their common sense and legalize Hemp farms. The reason I am saying this is because Hemp is much cheaper to grow than always having to chop down our supply of air(trees). I would be way better on our enviornment to grow Hemp and make paper out of that. Or, if that does not sound good enough for you, how about some fuel. Did you know that Hemp can also be turned into fuel. Now how awesome is that, still a very cheap way to help out our economy. Some people also enjoy another good use of Marijuana plant as medicine. This medicine is proven to help insomniacs, people with eating disorders, people suffering from ADHD, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, and many more. I just think the government is missing the huge red blinking light which is shining the light down on Hemp. I really feel like this might be out ticket to pulling out of the depression we are currently struggling to get out of. Also look at all the jobs producing Hemp would create. We would need people to work on the farms, people to make the paper, people to make the fuel and clothing, and many more jobs. Plus we would be pulling in billions of dollars and going Green! (No Pun Intended) I just hope someone reasonable will step up soon and get us to where it’s easier just to live life without an everyday struggle for food or whatever.
