		<description>We shouldn&#039;t forget that unions forced the hand of government on many occasions. They were only accountable to their members in the same way that big business is only accountable to their shareholders. If capitalism is dead then a new type of socially run government could germinate but without more concrete ideas of reward and acknowledgement it would also fail.....</description>
