The Most Simple Way to Get Out of This Recession

Recessions, no confidence in banking, and business failure, are all due to how people interact with each other. We changed our behavior and acted a different way, the global economy will be back on track. Businesses that are failing, are mostly businesses that do not service the majority of the public. Banks typically only deal with a small minority of people i.e. other businesses and homeowners. Storing peoples cash, is just one service they preform. Restaurants are failing because they only service well to do people. Most people typically cook their own food. Were as businesses that service the majority of people, and provide products that we cannot afford to stop buying, are still doing well. Like raw materials, oil, food and energy.

Ireland for example, has around 150k unemployed people, and rising. If all those people researched into what local services are needed, and how to launch them as businesses plans, roughly 20k of those new businesses will succeed. That is of course if they receive help from the local enterprise boards to run them correctly. If they specifically target markets that are doing well, or services that are not being provided corrected, a higher percentage will succeed.

If these 20k business employ 10 people each. 200K new jobs will be created, and full employment will be achieved. For this to work, the government must remove all barriers to small businesses, like minimum wage, local rates and energy costs. It is not necessary for the government to subsides businesses or simply employ people in the government, in order to create jobs.

The economy can easily picked if we develop a pro-business and enterprise culture. Similar to Hong Kong prior to Chinese communist rule.
