Topsy-turvy thinking

Globalization and free market-

Just like the cricket wickets-

All the forces around trying to strike it out-

Sometimes can, sometimes not.

Market fall and Government measures do me recalls-

Mr. Beans traveling bag; when it pant lacks space- and

Full pant is the problem and turn to become a half pant;

The economy and suffering of people is alike today.

The way the economists looking for solution remembers me the analogy-

A cockroach in my bed a while ago-

Now it’s gone, and I keep searching on,

the anguish got me as Laden got Bush;

Everybody was happy in the West-

USSR was collapsed,

We in the East was shocked,

Frankly we liked it not-

As it was a symbol of hope.

The way the corporates behaving today-

Couldn’t think of doing it any way;

There was a fight between right and wrong

No matter which side we belong.

There was a fight between ideologies-

Morality and ethics;

Now the ideologies gone-

War of power began-

Public interests smashed down-

Like John Cina’s Smack down.

There was a time when people led a life-

With sacrifice and ideals;

Living simple, thinking high was the motto-

Teachers were teaching because they love to teach,

It’s a knack, a passion and contribution to the society;

Now all becomes jobs-

Teaching and marketing seem no different,

We all are caught in the middle,

Become inert and indifferent.

It’s just another job and career.

That’s why we see sexual abuse both home and office

School and playgrounds,

Gardens and beds-

No differences, all full of excuses.

Nothing can escape from being abused even the cats;

I don’t even cite the case of classroom masturbates!

This all as we fall-

From check and balance-

Now no one to guard against, no one to check and call;

Powerful and powerless are fighting each other-

Both are bleeding, no way to fleeing.

Wiseman says time is the healing.
