Warning: The Dollar is Losing Value Fast
I took my mother shopping this morning, and she told me how much things has went up in price. For example at Wal-Mart, a box of Ritz crackers was selling for $2.50 it is now selling for $2.98. If you have an unlimited source of income you don’t need to worry.
If it is true that prices are rising, then everyone who have a unlimited source of income need to be careful how they spend. Furthermore, the stimulus check most definitely won’t help to stimulate the economy because of the devaluing of the dollar.
Everyone needs to realize that “To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.” Soon or later the people of the United States will have to face reality. The reality is the United States cannot afford all of it’s obligation, not to mention or to consider all of the social programs that are being planned. With 76 million baby boomers getting ready to retire, and another 46 million depending on medicare, the funds are not there.
Nevertheless, we are told to be hopeful because there is a plan to cut in half the deficit. You are expected to believe that the deficit will be cut in half, by raising corporate taxes. While that sounds good, it will have an effect on you. It has been said, that big businesses don’t pay taxes, you decide.
Every business is right now scaling back, and down sizing, and it is basically a war to take from the have to give to the have nots of America. You may not lose your job. However, if you have been getting a raise every year, you may not be getting one any longer. If you have top of the line benefits, that may now be over.
Remember the law of causality. Do anyone believe for one moment that big businesses will operate the same when more pressure is placed on them to pay higher taxes?
My mother is on a fixed-income, and the action of our government will trickle down to everyone whether it is good or bad. Big business have already proven that, by raising the prices of their goods. I must admit Ritz crackers are good, but is it worth $3.00?
