What Recession?

Are you sure there is a Recession for all or just for some…

The recession has hit home hard and everyone is feeling the effect but I beg to differ. The problems with the financial system have always been there they just got to a level where they could not be sustained. But who really has been most affected is it you and me or those responsible for running our economies down the Banks, there CEOs, the Bored or who?

For many years past people have lived in hardships and below their means and well others way over there means, this I have commonly head in the UK , I think they are actually the biggest spenders on credit cards than any other country in the world. On top of all this must survive on benefits and still leave beyond their means. I asked a friend of mine once why they don’t go out to look for a job, the answer, you guest it, “why when I can actually be better off on handouts”.

Anyways this other day I was so bored I decided to go to the park with my little girl. On my way there I noticed that down the road some people where working on a house they just bought. The house was/is in a very bad state so they are stripping it down, but you never guess what happened, well let’s just say will blame it on the recession.

I walked up to the guy sitting by the door  told him I was not  wired  or crazy in anyway  like that but I was wondering if I could help them out for free. The first thing he asked me was why would I want to work for free…?  Like I said blame it on the recession…. Anyways he asked me to go there Tuesday when his Dad is there….

So in normal circumstances I would have not done this even if I did not have a job but maybe if it was my neighbour I would have gone across to help, but as things stand we have an excuse for doing anything and everything. In currents conditions one would shop lift and blame it on the recession and it has happened. When the word “recession” was first being mentioned chickens where noticed to be going missing from the shelves and so they started tagging them and that was in the UK.

So you asked why this has nothing to do with anything on my site well it does because it shows we also have a normal life. Some people out there think having a certain diseases you become detached from the goings on around us, maybe the recession will be the next big thing from HIV.

The waste thing that can happen to anyone with terminal illness is not having anything to do and to have people treat them like they are walking on egg shells. When individuals or maybe let me say when I came to terms with my condition it gives me a new lift in life to learn to appreciate each day as a gift and not a given right ( stole that one from  linkin park song )
