Be Firm, But Not Anoyying.

Jangan takut pandang mata pelajar. Once we showed we are ‘afraid’ of them, they will definitely eat you alive! During that time, nothing can go right.

But, don’t be harsh to them. If they did wrong, point it out at that very moment and talk to them personally. Tegur elok-elok, bukan dimarah/tengking.

Never smiles to loyar buruk. Tegur kalau mereka berbahasa kesat sesama mereka. But once in a while laugh at yourself when obviously you did wrong – to break the tense.

Be firm but easy to be approached.
