Do You Have Knee Pain?

This article talks about knee pain which is common in joints under so much, especially when we put all weight on them.

One way a you can use to have less painful knees is to not exercise too much every day Take breaks and maybe exercise every other day or two. The reason for this is the ligaments and tendons in your knees tear a liile bit. In a person who exercises every day. These little injuries usually won’t heal until at least 48 hours.

Michael Brunet MD an orthodedic surgeon in Alexandria Louisiana said, “People who do vigorous exercise every day have a high risk of injury because their joints become strained and inflammed.” DO NOT exercise hard every day.

Before you take this supplement, get an okay by your doctor to use it. You can help severe pain be eased 55%by taking 1,500 mg of glucosamine and 1000mg of fish oil daily. They work when you take both because that way works better than taking only one, says Chrstine Northrup MD, author of Women’s Bodies, women’s wisdom. The dose that the study proves that the dose should be 1,500 mg glucosamine daily 1,000 mg of fish oil daily.

Do not wear stilleto heels as a study by Harvard University showed women in stilleto heels 23% because they have more pain from the strain on your inner knee joints. The pain could start by wearing 3 inch heels. You don’t have to stick to flats like me. The best think to do would be to take a couple inches off your heel and don’t wear your heels every day in order to give yourself a day off. Really, you should only wear stilettos at a party. Unless youa re popular and go to a party everyday=)
