Easy Tips for Learning
Some helpful tips how to get your mind ready for learning.
1) Relax.
In order to relax and get yourself ready for learning you can do these simple exercises:
1) Deep breathing;
2) Moving your head around;
3) Relaxing your arms by shaking them;
4) Sitting straight and comfortably;
5) Listening to classical music.
2) Preparing Your Mind and Subconsciousness
Our brains work best when we feel good, happy and have a great motivation to learn. In order to learn any subject it’s important to set your mind to a state of happiness and motivation. A simple exercise can be useful:
1) Remember a happy past experience of academic or any other success. Remember how you felt, what you heard or saw;
2) Remember those good feelings and try to reproduce them in your imagination;
3) Imagine your success after learning whatever you are eager to learn. Use various positive feelings from your happy and successive memories to feel the imaginative situation better;
4) Relax and breathe deeply, while all the positive feelings flow into your body and mind.
5) Now, when you’re in a high and positive mood, you can start the learning process.

3) Motivation
Any work can be done much easier, when there’s some kind of motivation. Thus you have to motivate yourself to learn fluently. For instance you can:
1) Make yourself do all the work before eating your favorite desert;
2) Make yourself finish all of the work before doing your favorite leisure activity;
3) Make yourself do all the work before watching favorite TV show and etc.
You will notice easily how faster and easier you will learn any subject by having a proper motivation. However, at first, it’ll require a lot of will power to actually avoid eating a piece of cake or watch TV before finishing the work. It requires training, but it really pays off.
4) Rest
Our brains work better during the beginning of the work, because later brains simply get tired. So it’s a good idea to rest your brains and body during the work or studying. These tips can be helpful:
1) Rest every half an hour or every hour. This way you will learn any subject easier.
2) After the rest, spend a couple of minutes reviewing everything you have already learned. This way you will remember the subject easier.
3) During the rest do something physical, for instance exercise. This way you will rest your brain faster.
4) The best way to memorize the subject is talking with a mate during the rest.
Well, I hope these simple tips will help you learn and master any subject. After all, knowledge is power.
