Education Destroys Imagination
Does it? Post what you think. I’m disagreeing with it, but that’s my opinion.
You can’t deny that everybody has an imaginaton. Nothing you can do ‘destroys’ it. Yes, some things can stop you from imagining, but your imagination is never completely ‘gone’. Education being anything; not just school, but careers, work experience, etc. If anything, education could improve imaginitive thinking, because to be educated, you must think, and take in, and sometimes, when you think, you imagine. If you think about it, most things require your imagination; reading a book, you have to imagine what’s going on, if you look at an abstract picture, you have to imagine what your interpretation of that picture is; to paint an artwork, you must think, and use your imagination to imagine what you’re going to paint. No matter what, we all have an imagination. ‘Education’ cannot destroy it, although it may, in a sense, prevent you from imagining - but it cannot ‘destroy’ it; as per say.
If you disagree, post. I want to know your opinions, and what you think about this topic. Feel free to say whetever you want, whether you completely agree, or disagree. After all, we’ll have to agree to disagree.
