Flawed Education System
by Children our the future, yet the irony is that the government makes it almost impossible to succeed…
Adults always rant how children are the future, children are the future. Yet, a teacher invests 8 years in school becoming a teacher. After majoring to be a teacher; like any grad student, you have to start off small.
Becoming a substitute teacher for many schools, until you have enough experience to get a permanent teaching job.
That ladies and gentlemen, may be the source of our problem. Frankly we don’t appreciate nor pay them enough to increase their working performance. The average California beginners Salary is 35,000; which is just slightly under 3,000 dollars a month. 3,000 dollars is just 1,000 more than the average pharmacy Tech gets with two years of education.
They say putting children through education will create our future but the government takes money from school rather than protect education, or even better add on to the funds. If there were higher paying teacher jobs, teachers would try harder, and in turn students would learn better.
