In your opinion, the burden of cost of living what is most felt heavy for us?. If I say, the most cost burden feels very heavy in this life is the cost of health care (hospitals and treatment), as well as school fees. Do you agree with my answer to this. It felt heavy, as almost the majority of people feel the high cost of obtaining access to education and health in almost all countries in the world. 
For the upper middle class society, perhaps the problem of health and education costs are not too pronounced. But to be honest, for the middle class still feels a heavy burden when dealing with hospitals. Especially when there are family members or himself that to go to the hospital for days. Plus, when have to deal with operational matters. Or if you are lucky this time into the category of upper middle class society, even if your income can still deal with the problems faced by health and education, at least you want a little to try to calculate all your spending needs. What is the cost of health care and education belong to the largest expenditure category for you?.
