Going to a High End College Doesnt Mean You Will Make More Money
Going to a higher end college than someone else doesn’t mean that you will make more due to a few rules all colleges need to follow.
Going to top colleges such as the Ivy League Colleges doesn’t make much of a difference as to how much money you make at the start of your career or mid-career or even later on for that. A few recent studies have shown that people that have gone to the countries top colleges do not make more money than someone who went to a state school. You may be wondering why this is, well its not really what school you go to and its mostly about how hard you try but the top reason just about everyone graduating from a state school can make just as much as someone from Harvard is because of our government. Our government and other institutions have strict guidelines which colleges must follow to the T. If they don’t follow those guidelines the student wont be certified professionals in their field of study and no one will hire them. Although they mostly make the same amount of money students who go to higher end schools have a slight advantage in certain areas, a good example of this is the fact that they have had the very top professors in their fields and they can call them up anytime and converse about various things in the field even when they are already out of the college. Also another advantage is that higher end schools sometimes have some different courses offered due to more money coming in from different sources and higher tuition fee, I would say that in schools like this you are paying mostly for the teachers then the actual school just because they are more popular. Plenty of people have transferred to the best colleges from public colleges, of the reasons are economic and others are because they tried harder than in High school but either way they have all been equally successful.
