How to Detect Cheaters Part One

Explains why students in middle and high school cheats on tests and exams and how they does it.

Why do students cheat? and how does they do it? Catching them is not as easy as you think, even though it might looked like it. Those students who cheats on tests and exam, have various undetectable and unprovable way if not caught sooner.

So… why do students cheat? well,  it could be as simple as they are too lazy to study to they don`t understand the subject at all, even after being helped by a teacher and gotten so frustrated that he rather cheat, got caught and get expelled than reading one more word about the subject.

Some schools, like the school I am going to right now tried to reduce the number of students in a classroom so it would look more organized or neat or not too overpopulated. Considering it`s a C average school, most of the students pass with barely a C. Now some of these students is put on an honors level class, in which the lesson move on too fast for the C`s students to even barely understands it. They, of course, ends up failing the class. All because of a school trying to reduce population in a classroom. How stupid is that? sometimes in case like these, i supports cheating but these kind of case only happens in few schools. Most students cheats because they are too lazy to study or pay attention in class, now when this happens those students can go the simplest way of cheating which is answers written on their hand or on the desk to the most complicated ways, like answers at the back of a bottle`s label. Below are some methods used to cheat by students:

Desk : the students get their answers from another students who took the test first and while in class and the teachers not looking wrote them down in the desk they`re sitting at (multiple choice) or write some clues about the answers (written)

Water/Soda bottle : the students peeled off a label of a bottle (usually soda or water) and taped the typed all answers (multiple choice) and clues (written) on the back of it. Once in class, or once the test/exam starts, the students drink off about half the bottle, enough for the answers to be seen from the outside of the bottle and copy away.

Pen: the students take out the inside part of the pen and made a cut about an inch long on the outside cover of the pen (not the ink part) then the students rolled a typed paper with the answers in it or clues and rolled them about quarter way before putting the ink part back inside the pen and the unrolled part of the paper through the cut made on the outside of the pen. Now the students just have to rolled the ink/inside part of the pen left or right to make the paper appear or dissapear. (pretty bright method)

Band Aid : yes i said band aid. The students take a band aid that is big enough to write answers in. The students wrote their answers down on the white part of the band aid. The students then smeared a little ketchup, hot sauce, and any other substance that doesn`t hurt or ruined the ink on some part of it and let the band aid absorbed it so it would really look like they`re bleeding. (Very unnoticable and undetectable). Watched them from time to time, if they seem to lift it up a couple of times asked them to remove it no matter if it looked real, because they will only show you the part that is smeared with ketchup. Beware sometimes it might be really a cut. So yea.
