How to Get a 100 % on Taks!
This quick and easy guide will help you get an "A" on the TAKS Test this year.

Are you ready for TAKS this year? Whether you’re ready to make a passing grade – or if you aren’t this guide will ultimately help you. Follow the plans and study your subjects while in school and at home.
Rule #1
-Get Sleep-
I know it is annoying when people tell you to “get sleep,” but yes, “get sleep.” You will need 7-8 hours of sleep a night. To optimize the benefits of sleep, it is best if you get sleep consistently, allowing your body to function timely while taking the test. I suggest that you get at least 3 consecutive days of sleep, setting a timer or alarm clock to establish normalcy.
Rule #2
-Practice at Home-
Get your hands on a study guide. Practice the lessons every day, not the night before the test. A wise person would review his already finished study guide days before the test, remembering and testing himself or herself.
Rule #3
-Practice at School-
Be alert when at school. Ask your teachers for advice. They have most likely been teaching for a number of years, so they probably have the information you need to know. Pay extra attention in class if and when the class is reviewing what’s on the TAKS.
Rule #4
-Eat Consistently-
I know it must be weird for someone to tell you to eat, but it is important that you do. It has been proven that people who eat regularly score better grades on their tests. Eat Breakfast! It is the start of your day. If you don’t eat breakfast, it’s like filling your gas tank only 1/2-full on your way to a long road trip. It doesn’t have to be anything extravagant or too formal, just make sure that you get a little something more than “a bite to eat.”
