1. Act absolutely enthusiastic about everything and verbally roar out your thoughts to the whole wide world. Not just talk, please roar.
2. Smile and smile. The cheesier it is, the better. Hold it there for five and half hours a day. Do not release it.
3. Forget about doing any background stuff, work on hogging all the limelight during presentations. Recite an entire sutra to the facilitator. Make sure the share of talking is not equal, make yours higher.
4. Make it seem that your extremely intelligent even if your genuinely not.
5. Write a Reflection Journal that does not have to reflect how the day actually went. Fake that everyday is a wonderful day and always flatter yourself.

Do that even if you did nothing for the day.
