Bucharest Territorial Labor Inspectorate attention of employers that starting Monday, May 2, must take into account the new provisions of the Labor Code which have established new sanctions for failure to observe legal obligations such as receipt of the work to five persons without a contract individual work, which, according to Article 16 paragraph 1, shall be punished by a fine of 10,000 to 20,000 lei for each person identified.
