Out-of-School Suspension
How is it viewed by highschool students? Is it really a punishment, like administrative personnel thinks, or is it a blessing for students?
Administrative Personnel think that an out of school suspension is a punishment for their students but is that what the students really think of it. Some people think that is they give a student an out of school suspension that they are actually punishing the student but from personal experience in this matter an out of school suspension is a blessing.
If you have an out of school suspension then you can sleep in late, watch tv, play video games, surf the web, listen to music, call friends, or anything else you can think of. But if you are in school then you can’t do any of that. I say that an in school suspension is worse than the out of school cause when you have an in school then you have to sit in the principle’s office all day with nothing to do. Its so boring and the only thing you can do is homework or sleep and sometimes you can’t even do that.
So I say if you are an administrative assistant in a highschool be careful who you give an out of school to because if you aren’t carful you could be giving someone who really deserves to be punished a day off from school and your not punishing them at all. But if you give them an in school I can almost guarantee that you will be punishing them.
