School is Coming: How to Wake Up in The Morning
How to change your child’s early riser again.

How can you change day-routine so that your child will wake up after a long summer break at the right time and go to bed and wake up in the morning?
5-12 years old school children need to deal with every night from 10 to 11 hours of sleep. 10 to 18 years is OK to sleep 8.5 to 9.5-hour. So I am giving you some advice and five tips to help you.
1. Start to change the child’s early day-routine.
2. Restrict children’s evening television sets and computer times.
3. Wake up your children much earlier than he/she used to.
4. Reward your children with a school stuff morning shopping.
5. Make a child waking up early – painless as possible.
