School Stuff: Reviewing for The Exam Techniques
How to prepare for the Hell Week.
Examination week is the most dreaded time for all students, may it be from first grade or the post graduate level. The examination week is often referred to as “the Hell Week”.
If you don’t want to be among the casualties of the hell week, consider these tips:
1. Preparing for the exams starts before the examination week. Take advantage of the days where your teacher or professor merely undertakes lecture sessions. Take down notes while he is discussing so it will be easier for you to find references during your examination review.
2. Choose your subjects. Categorize them from your weakest to your strongest. This will help you see what subjects you should focus in with more time.
3. Start reviewing a week or two before the exams. This will help you avoid cramming, which is pretty stressful.
4. The night before the exam, have a good night sleep. Your brain will love you for making it rest for some time. This also helps in absorption, retention, and recall of the things you have reviewed.
5. During the examinations, relax. Do not be intimidated by your classmates. Do not be scared of your proctor. A relaxed person can think of many answers than a pressured and stressed one.

2nd attempt to comment :
I’m more of the crammer hehehe. But at least, I still get good grades. I guess it’s the adrenaline rush that helps me to memorize things.
Congrats you got published already. Yehey!

You’re right sis. We need some sense of organization to review for an exam especially during hell week. Simple but useful tips. Now the only question is, pass or fail?

eto na ba yung article mong na-traffic? Good pointers, tama lang na the night before the exam, one should take a long sleep, para makapagpahinga ang mga mata mo. Kailangan ata ang bilis ng mata sa exam..lol

During the examinations, I am not nervous of my classmates or proctor, it’s the exam itself that’s killing me.Cheers!
