On the subject of upper schools who in their right mind would give children or young adults more interesting activities if they were put in the ‘naughty’ section.

In one of our local schools, actually it is now called a college of technology the vocational centre is for disrupting or out of control pupils. These pupils get to go on MORE field trips and have more choice in their education and work experience.

Some of them at the age of 16 only need to attend school twice a week and the remainder is for work experience. Are these pupils not getting a head start on pupils who do have respect for their teachers and people around them.

Not only is school a learning curve but it should also be exciting enough to keep the interest of pupils, keep their minds active and creative which in turn will encourage them to interact and have fun whilst keeping them on track in education, afterall some of these pupils will be running our country in years to come!
