Sex Education Can Reduce Cases of Rape

But in relation to rape in public places, the latter of which has been discussed, the Director of the Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Sugiri Syarief agree. He says sex education is still needed.
“Rape or sexual deviant behavior in public places because there is an increase, but there is no way out. So when there is an opportunity for those who use directly,” said He suggested talking to reporters in the office of BKKBN, Halim Perdanakusuma,
He suggested continuing the stimuli that can manifest anything that can not necessarily blame the things that drive. For example, a man who wakes up if they see the opposite sex dress open, but some are awake only because he saw the lips or eyes.
So the problem to be overcome, not its victims, but on the spirit of their authors. Sugiri added psychological aspects of sex education are also taught to respond to sexual stimuli, so that other non pelampiasannya harm.
“So it must be the case elsewhere, for example, if you woke to poetry and painting. This is a technique, psychology, how to keep the passion was overwhelming and can be controlled,” said Sugiri.
But Sugiri argued that rape, as happened in the employee’s public transport is not just sex education. Cases, which reportedly had planned, the police had to intervene because it was purely criminal.
