A group of scientists that a diet they do not seem hungry people have always found a formula to help. Research by Alison Grosby led to the conclusion that they feelhungry often lack protein in their diet.

High protein content of meat, fish, eggs and nuts can reduce the amount of weight.They are also easy to overcome the habit to snack on.

From the University of Cambridge and the University of Sydney researchersexamined 22 volunteers who had normal weight. They offer foods that are similar,but has a different protein levels. In particular, volunteers with a dinner salad for breakfast, grilled tuna and noodles or spaghetti for dinner with meals in order to cover the muffins.

At the end of the study, the researchers concluded that the daily protein diet with 10percent of the 260 calorie menu of more than 15 percent had eaten protein. Thesepeople, lacks the protein is not only more food, the calories from snacks will receive an additional 70 percent.

But according to a study 25 percent increase in the amount of protein per day helpsto control overeating.

At the same time, the researchers confirmed that people who eat plenty of theprotein to consume more than two hours after eating will not feel hungry.
