Stop Snacking Just by Walking
Snacking habits or munching a snack snack indeed sometimes difficult alias is stopped. However, not long ago, a number of researchers from the United Kingdom found thatthese habits can be terminatedby foot.
Professor Adrian Taylor from the University of Exeter, UnitedKingdom, found that moderatephysical activity, like walking for 15 minutes, allowing us to reduce consumption by up to 50 percent in a little food, like chocolate. In addition, walk helps to overcome this habit, including dealing with stress orboredom at work. It is based on research conducted for the 78 people who regularly eat chocolate atwork. People who walk to work only eat about 15 grams of chocolate. In the meantime, people who do not walk or do other physical activities will consume 28 grams of chocolate.
