Texas Tech University (TTU), more popularly known as Texas Tech, is a coeducational public research university located in Lubbock, Texas in USA. Founded in 1923, TTU has an undergraduate degree, medical school as well as a law school and as well , is the only school of its kind in Texas. History

On February 10, 1923, TTU was established in the name of Texas Technological College.
